We met Josh through Zillow when he responded to a property inquiry we had submitted. While the property we had inquired about didnt suit our needs, he asked what we were looking for and later followed up with a property suggestion that was the perfect fit. Impressed that he had followed up after our initial contact we decided to use him for both the purchase of our land and sale of our then current home. Best. Decision. EVER. As first time home sellers and in the onset of COVID he made the process as smooth as possible and was helpful in every way and unforeseen aspect. Due to COVID buyer financing issues hours before closing we had to list our home on the market twice, and both times we had full price offers within 24 hours. I am fully confident that this was solely because of Joshs expertise in his field. We really valued that he was readily available to answer our many questions throughout the process (even when he himself was moving at the time) and was continually upfront and honest about whatever it was we were facing. We were so impressed with his services that we recommended him to family who was also selling at the same time, and their experience and impressions exactly mirrored our own. We had originally thought of trying to sell our home ourselves, what a laugh that would have been! After seeing firsthand all that goes into the successful and timely sale of a home we are so thankful that we used an agent- Josh specifically. Weve said repeatedly that we could not have had a better agent, so thankful we had Josh!

Josh made this buy/sell so easy and straight forward. It was my first time selling a home and purchasing another one so I was very hesitant on how it all would come together.
