Josh has sold two properties for me over the years. Both times he worked extremely hard to locate potential buyers and promptly sold the properties. My first listing with Josh was in 2009 I believe. I needed to sell a vacant parcel of recreational land rather quickly. Josh was able to locate a buyer and make the deal happen within a few months. I feel inclined to add that this property was not extremely marketable as access was quite limited.
