We worked with Joshawa for over 2 years to find the house we were looking for. He was a great realtor and was patient with us looking at many many houses. Once we finally found the house we wanted he was on top of everything to keep things moving and get us in the house as soon as possible. He has a wealth of knowledge and contacts to help with any aspect of housing from getting repairs to financing the mortgage. Highly recommend! If we ever move again (hopefully we don't!) I would not hesitate to use him again!

Josh is extremely communicative, and he responds quickly to our outreach and questions. He thoroughly explains things throughout the home buying process. We put offers in on 7 houses and Josh was on top of things so that we had the best chance to be a contender. He explained every step of the process and explained strategies to have competitive offers. We never once felt pressured into buying a home, but instead, we felt supported to make our own decisions. Josh spent time understanding what my wife and I were looking for in a home. He was considerate of our non-negotiables but also helped us learn where we may want to consider being flexible if we wanted to find a home in our price range. He taught us important information during the home buying process from the construction of the houses, to what to look for when doing a walk through. He would point out items that we should be mindful of and highlighted aspects of homes we would have never thought about. From the basement where all the most expensive costs can occur to the functionality of appliances. Josh knows his stuff! Josh was patient with us, even when we would send him like 10 houses in a row at like 8/9 oclock at night. We would get anxious because the market was so hot, we felt like we needed send a bunch of listings and hope we could go see them before they were already pending. But Josh wouldnt get annoyed with us or limit the houses we wanted to go see. He always showed up with a great attitude and a smile on his face genuinely excited for us to find our first home. When we finally found our home, Josh helped us put in a fair offer that got accepted the same day. He was able to negotiate all the things we wanted and then some. He knew what was reasonable and looked out for our interests the entire time. We are super excited about our new home and cannot wait to have all of our friends over for our housewarming. :)

We met Joshawa when he was in the process of helping our son purchase a home. My wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge of the local market as well as his work ethic. We decided to use him when we sold our condo. We signed with him on a Monday. On Wednesday he had the condo cleaned and set up the photographer on Friday. We spoke to him late on Friday evening, he was in the process of listening the condo with the all of the new photographs. He also told us that he was going to have an open house on Saturday and Sunday!!! On Saturday morning the condo was listed. On Sunday evening we spoke to him, he had three very acceptable offers. On Monday we went over all of them and selected the best offer. We will be closing soon. Not bad for a weeks worth of work!!!
