Josh was fantastic! Getting the house I was selling through escrow was unexpectedly challenging for all involved. Josh kept his cool and was extremely patient, but also worked hard and did everything possible to keep everything and everyone together and moving forward. He was even able to pull a rabbit out of his hat to solve a last second snag so I could complete the purchase of another house on time. Excellent job!!
