Josh is an amazing realtor. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. Josh has helped us buy a house twice, and sell once. During the inspection for selling our house, a relatively major electrical issue was revealed. Josh took care of EVERYTHING. He called the electricians, got several quotes, and kept us in the loop the whole time. That was a huge amount of stress that we didn't have to deal with because Josh did. I will absolutely recommend Josh to anybody looking for a realtor in the Greater Boston Area.

Josh was amazing through our whole process of renting. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and was very dedicated to helping us find a place to live. He constantly kept us up to date on new listings and was super patient with every question we asked him. Honestly, Josh made the process of renting an apartment as painless as it could be. He was also super flexible and fast to respond when we would switch gears and want to check out a different apartment. He was never pushy and didn't every try to up sell it, he seemed genuinely invested in finding us a nice place to live that fit our budget and requests. i listed a unit in my townhouse with josh, in the 3 months of the listing he did not do a single showing. He was non responsive. The next agent did 2 showings and rented it within 5 days of getting the listing. Dont waste your time with Josh has he is no responsive to one need and only wants to do exculsive listings.
