Can't say enough good things about Josh! First, he was highly responsive, kind, and easy to work with. He assisted us with a rental property purchase, and provided us with other referrals for property managers, lawyers, etc. which as an investor saved us so much time. Arguably most importantly, he helped us catch a few things in the property that were the sellers responsibility to fix, which we didn't even see ourselves. Josh is an amazing realtor. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. Josh has helped us buy a house twice, and sell once. During the inspection for selling our house, a relatively major electrical issue was revealed. Josh took care of EVERYTHING. He called the electricians, got several quotes, and kept us in the loop the whole time. That was a huge amount of stress that we didn't have to deal with because Josh did. I will absolutely recommend Josh to anybody looking for a realtor in the Greater Boston Area.
