What clients say about this agent....
We met Emilia at an open house. She is attentive, patient, knowledgeable about the market, and receptive to the buyers wants and emotions. After showing us several possibilities, we now have a contract on a property thats perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Emilia to anyone searching for a home of any type.
Farrah was my Real estate agent on two homes. She did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable. She also helped out getting contractors to work on the property. She also set up the settlement date. She was pretty much a turnkey real estate agent I really didnt have to do anything. She was also a fantastic communicator and very knowledgeable about competitive properties. I would highly recommend Farrah
A few months ago when I was facing having to move for the fifth time in eight years, I decided spur of the moment that I wanted to buy a home; no money saved, no real plan, no idea of what to do, and I had about a month and a half to figure it out. All of this right as the housing market was beginning to explode. Enter Farrah.Farrah had no reservations about working within the relatively strict time and financial limitations I had gotten myself stuck in, and was pedal to the metal from the jump. She set up countless viewings in rapid succession and did not hesitate in moving on to the next place if I had any reservations or wasn't in love with the location. I can't even process the amount of time she took out of her days just to drive all over the DMV area looking at potential homes, sometimes driving 30 minutes one way to look at a place for two minutes and realizing it wasn't for me. When places I did like got bought out from under me by investors with offers I couldn't compete with, Farrah was there to pull me out of any potential pity party I might have sunk into and keep me focused. When my bank was dragging their feet with the preapproval loan for over a week and then came up grossly short of the target amount, Farrah connected me with a lender that got me approved in less than a day without taking advantage of me and my situation (Chong Yi over at The Yi Team; also a pleasure to work and highly recommend as well). When I had to shuffle around some finances to hit numbers and the bank started to get finicky, she sorted it right out in a matter of hours. And when we finally found the perfect spot for me, a beautiful corner townhome, and the GI Bill appraisal came up short, she somehow managed to convince the sellers to actually end up below what their asking price was. In this market! I'd call it magic, but to do so would be a disservice to the incredible amount of time, dedication, and hard work she put in. I was stressed to my limits just with the amount of hours and paperwork that I had to deal with; whatever she had to handle behind the scenes where I couldn't see was probably at least 3-4x that. I really, truly believe I would have either needed to couchsurf or move back home if I had ended up with any other realtor besides Farrah. One of the things I liked the most about working with Farrah was her attitude. It's nigh impossible to get discouraged when she's always optimistic and powering ahead, and that energy is infectious. She always talked to me like a friend and gave me really solid advice about things to consider when inspecting a home or considering/making offers; things I would have never even thought of. She is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and the local markets, and will cut through the technical lingo to answer any question you might have in a way that makes it easy to understand on just a normal, regular person level. She would make calls just to check in on how I was doing, and continued to do so even after we had closed and she could have gone her own way. It might sound dumb or not that important, but when you're in the thick of it and pulling your hair out because you're facing the possibility of homelessness, having someone reach out even just to say "hey" makes a world of difference that really can't be explained until you've experienced it yourself. You'll be lucky to have a Farrah on your side when the homebuying process hits its rough patches.Or you could just reach out and get the real deal on your side from the start! Seriously, I cannot overstate how grateful I am to have had her represent me and my interests, because she represented me better than I could've myself. And especially as the market continues to trend the way it is, you're going to want someone as savvy and capable as her on your side; it's a seller's market and when you need every possible advantage you can get, I can't think of a stronger one than having Farrah in your corner.
Alex and her team helped us find a house in a very competitive market, as well as with the sale of our condo. She was very responsive throughout the whole process, and was able to provide answers to any questions/concerns we had. She was also a great resource for professionals in the industry(title company, home inspector, etc) to help with purchasing our home. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in DC Metro area!
So easy to work with she was super responsive and helpful and best of all she made the deal happen during a year where buying a house was a minor competition!!
Farrah is a professional and a very hard working agent. She knew our expectations got us couple of great deals . She knows Maryland area very well I would recommend her .
We have used Josh to buy two homes and to sell one. He was awesome in each and every aspect for all transactions. He put time and effort into getting to know us and to learn our wants and needs as well as looked out for our best interest. He is super professional and his response time is better than anyone that we have ever dealt with. He sold our house in less than a week for asking price. We highly recommend Josh as a Real Estate Agent whether your buying or selling. If/When we move again we would use Josh in a heart beat.
Kathleen was great to work with from the time of listing to post closing. We interviewed several real estate agents and felt like Kathleen really listened to us, did a market comparison, and came up with a strategy for selling our home, which was listed in January (tough time of year to be selling). Kathleen was very responsive to our questions as we worked through this process, and was very on top of dealing with the buyer's agent through closing. She has our top recommendation and we would refer her to our close friends and family.

Kathleen was an absolute pleasure to work with as we sold our home last year. She knows the local market so well, had incredible patience for our questions, and helped make sure our home looked its best for potential buyers. She's a gem.
