Shame on us for trusting this agent, as we should have known better. He promised us a 1% back on our purchase of the model home he was sitting in and then said a few days after the contract was signed that he didnt re- call agreeing. Then when pressed he said why would he give up a third of his commissions? He represented us on our sale directly and also co-represented us with the new buy of the model he was sitting in. While he allowed a 1% on the sale of our home, he reniged on the 1% on our purchase price on the model, 1496 Sierry Springs Drive. So he was our agent on both the sale and the buy. Both my wife and I was present when he agreed. Also, after misrepresenting the builders warrantee, this we found out by calling the home warrantee company in Colorado, we decided we could not go forward with the contract and felt roped in and misrepresented. We were forced with only three days in on a builders contract to forfeit our $5000 earnest money. With such a short time to recover we are having to go into a lease rather that a buy. Do not trust this so called real estate agent, run, do not walk away. There are reputable agents out there!
