We reside out of state and after much research had decided to purchase land and make our future home in the panhandle area. Our referral to Josh was based on contacting a local real estate office based on a favorable reputation From the outset we could see Joshs professionalism. However his friendly demeanor and easy going attitude made conversations very enjoyable. Throughout the months of working with him there wasnt a time where he made us feel uncomfortable or uneasy. Josh is born and bred in the panhandle. His knowledge of the real estate market and the area was impressive. He truly does have the pulse of not only CDA proper but all the surrounding areas as well. Being several states away, whenever we had questions or what we thought were potential issues, Josh was always sure to return our messages as soon as possible. If he didnt have an answer immediately he was very diligent to research and provide us an answer. Josh always went above and beyond our expectations of what a real estate agent should do. He gave us suggestions and ideas for what we should be doing next or preparing for, as well as providing us the information to complete a certain task. Whether it was contacting the county, a driller or utility company, hed have some form of contact prepared for us. Josh truly is a credit to his agency. He grew up in CDA, so he was very familiar with the area and even offered us baseball tickets! After closing on our home, he also offered to help us move some of the our stuff in! Josh has a great personality, doesn't pressure you, and was a pleasure to work with. You're crazy if you don't choose him for your realtor :)
