After a disastrous 8-month episode with a aEURoesit and waitaEUR? realtor, that quit on us, I began interviewing realtors. Without knowing anything about the bad realtor experience, Josh proceeded to show me hundreds of examples of The Finigan Process of marketing my property. None of the realtors I interviewed had half the means and marketing efforts Josh and his team were prepared to offer. Josh was the obvious choice to sell the property. Within 2 days of signing, his team were on-site taking new and better pictures of the home and property. The ball was rolling almost immediately and within 5 days, it was listed again. He was very communicable, transparent and respectful during the entire process. I knew everything as it happened and he advised me along the way, providing options and best-case scenarios. It was totally my decision to end negotiations and re-list the property. After Joshs team re-listed the property, there were numerous showings and interests. I received several offers and Josh helped me decide on the best one. With his guidance, we closed the sale in less than 30 days.
