Lindsey Gray did an outstanding job for us when we decided it was time to sell our second home, a condo in Eugene OR, and replace it with a larger single-family house to better meet our future needs as we age, and that could become our principal residence when we eventually decide to relocate from California. Lindsey understood our requirements and had been sending us appropriate listings for several months prior to our decision in August to go ahead with the house purchase. The deal would involve selling the condo so the house purchase could proceed without contingencies. Lindsey's local knowledge and expertise helped us set an asking price for the condo that would be attractive to buyers while also yielding the funds necessary to be able to make a full-price offer on the house. The condo sold and our offer on the house were accepted very quickly. Lindsey's process expertise and negotiating skills proved invaluable as we moved into the 30-day escrow period. Lindsey understood all the moving parts of the deal, personally knew the companies and representatives involved, and guided us through the complicated series of steps, alleviating any drama or anxiety on our part. Calm, cool, collected and positive always. In terms of responsiveness, she was always accessible, seemingly 24/7, to answer our questions and address our concerns. This was important, as we were communicating back and forth to our principal home in California. Text messages, e-mails and phone calls were always returned promptly even on weekends, holidays or from the road. Escrow closed on September 30, 2024. We moved into our new home on Tyson Lane three days later. We love it. Lindsey did a wonderful job for us. We'd give her 6 stars if that were possible.
