We contacted Josh after he helped to buy house to our daughter. With Josh help we were able to buy a house just during one weekend visit to Middleton. He did all preliminary work to prepare our visit. Also, Josh was very helpful with paperwork. We are first-time homebuyers who relocated from the NYC area to the Madison/Middleton area. Josh helped us buy a home before we'd moved out and helped my in-laws find a home within a short distance once we'd had an offer accepted. Josh was a pleasure to work with. We'd certainly work with him now that we're in the area and we'd also recommend him for those relocating.A few highlights:* Josh was very patient with us and gave us a good overview of the area's neighborhoods, including showing us around when we were able to make it out for a site visit. Since we wanted my in-laws to be able to move to a home near us, Josh was also thoughtful about identifying neighborhoods that could both accommodate both our preferences and theirs.* We wanted to buy prior to our move, and Josh was able to accommodate by giving us video tours of showings via Zoom/FaceTime. He was very thorough and noticed details (signs of possible water intrusion, condition of the windows, generate state or quality of finishes and fixtures) that we, as first-time buyers, might not have caught in an initial showing.* Respected our budget limits.* Helped us craft strong offers and talked us through a couple of rejections during a challenging seller's market.

When my husband and I became serious about purchasing a new home we realized shopping on our own on the internet was not an option.
