We are actively involved in creating Win-Win Solutions while having Fun and maintaining the utmost Integrity. A little bit about me: I started in real estate as an assistant when I was 15 years old. At that young age I decided that my love of people and homes could mesh and I could become a REALTOR(R). So, when I was still in high school, my principals and teachers allowed me to attend real estate school every Friday for 8 weeks. This provided me the opportunity to pursue my passion and become licensed right after I graduated high school at the age of 18. Since then, this is all I've ever done and I've devoted my life to being the best in the field through hard work, continued education, professional coaching, and most importantly my faith and trust in Jesus Christ as my Savior & constant source of peace and provision. When I was 19 years old, I met a wonderful lady named Morrisa on a Missions Trip to Hermosillo, Mexico. I instantly had eyes for her and fell fast in love. Luckily, she did too! We married when I was 20 years old and have had enjoyed the last 10 years together. We have one son, Ethan, who was born in 2014. We are heavily involved with our church, Move City Church, a non denominational Christian Church in Sierra Vista --- www.MoveTheCity.org. Through the years, as business has grown thanks to my outstanding past clients and friends tirelessly referring me (I'm ever so grateful!), I've learned the great joy of working with a team and coaching others toward success in helping to achieve their goals. I had been having a hard time finding my as I had made 2 bid on homes in 2 different areas and they were real estate hunters were buying the homes so quickly. I was introduced to Leslie by my close friend also a real estate agent in Phoenix, in which I could not find any property. I drove to Sierra Vista and met Leslie and she showed me a few properties that I was also outbidded on but the best part is how I obtained my property. As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing and more importantly I was scared. One day Leslie called me about a property that had not been listed and we did a video showing and when I tell you this house had Everrrything that I wanted believe it. After the showing I requested to make my bid on the home in which quickly offered to assist and what to expect and so the next day it was listed and my bid was in and someone tried to bid on my property and the owner decided to accept my offer, and I was absolutely estatic and she also introduced my to the team and the first time home buyer program. Leslie held my hand every step of the way and she did not skip a beat. I drove down to do the inspection. Since i lived in Phoenix and could not drive to Sierra Vista which is 2 hours away, she came to the home with the inspector to do the final inspection to make sure all the repairs were complete before closing. Who does that??? I am forever Grateful for you and team for making my dream come true. If any one is looking for the BEST realtor, her name is Leslie and she has my stamp of approval. She stopped by with a bottle of wine and wine glasses as house warming gift! Thank your Leslie Pelletier!!!!!! You are the BEST
