Josh had helped our friends purchase their first home, so we knew that we were going to be in good hands when we started working with him. Josh took the time to understand what we were looking for and made recommendations based on our needs and worked within our budget. Buying a home long distance had its challenges, and then Covid19 happened. We especially appreciate that Josh helped view homes and provided us with videos when we couldnt drive up to see the homes ourselves.
