Joseph and I collaborated with mutual buyers. I as the lender, him as the agent. Within a weekend Joseph had my buyers under contract. Not to mention the home over appraised giving our buyers instant equity due to his expertise and negotiation skills. Joe is truly a pro! I've known Martin since I was a kid and I can tell you he's someone I could always trust and count on to be there for anything. He grew up in Metro Detroit so he knows the area well. Martin is an excellent people person and deal maker. He's very easy to talk to and have a conversation. He sold my condo for me back in 2020 and I have no complaints.
