He is truly a lovely person all around: knowledgable, friendly, accommodating, professional, caring, funny, and helpful. When unique properties hit the market, it is critically important to see them ASAP. Joe made that happen for us and would meet us as early as 9am or 10am the following day to make it happen. He'd even text on the way, "Want a coffee?" In certain occupations, people get stuck with labels. Joe is a RE agent who quickly feels like a friend. My husband and I look forward to inviting him over to our new home in the coming months, and keeping in touch! ZillowVERIFIEDI didn't want real estate I wanted to sell it myself and when that flopped I hired Mr. Rubeo. Absolutely the best decision I could've ever made. Joe was amazing and he handled everything , kept me up to date on all the showings and offers and boy did I get offers . Joe had me stick to my guns and I got what joe said I would and it sold faster then expected . I believe that was because Joe is very aggressive in advertising and advertising everywhere. I am beyond satisfied with Mr. Rubeo work . I wouldn't use anyone else .
