ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Joe Roglieri. I tried to sell my home, For Sale By Owner, in an attempt to save some money. When the 3rd deal fell though I realized I wanted to hire a professional as the process is a lot more involved then most anticipate. Joe started the listing immediately and he was on top of every detail throughout the process. We listed on a Monday and had 15 offers (5 over asking price) by Friday. Before hiring Joe we had 3 deals fall through that stretched out over 5 months long. He knew how stressed and eager we were to sell and move forward. I was blown away with his work ethic and professionalism. He would meet realtors, buyers, inspectors and appraisers early in the morning, after 7PM on weeknights and throughout the weekends. His commitment and willingness to make sure everything went smooth was extremely impressive. Joseph responds very quickly if not immediately. If I wanted to see a home, we generally had an appointment scheduled within an hour. He follows up with all parties involved to get the closing process moving and on keep it on schedule. He also was very reassuring we would make it to closing table despite all the inevitable variables in any given real estate transaction. He really listened to what we were looking for in a home and sought out those specific details. This is the 3rd home bought using Joseph and plan on buying another in two years using him to represent us. I highly recommend him!
