I just sold my condominium through Joey Paoletti. The whole process was so smooth and stress free as he literally handled everything. I gave him the keys to the property and left the state and put everything in Joey's extremely capable hands. He gave me a very thorough and detailed market analysis of the real estate in my area, priced the condo just right and sold it in less than a week after listing it. Since I was away Joey found the electrician to change out the smoke detectors to bring them up to code and he found someone to clear out the place before listing it. All the paperwork was handled by him and I was always kept in the loop of everything that was happening with the sale of this condo. Joey is very approachable and very responsive and extremely likable and I was able to communicate with him any time of the day including on weekends. Joey is very knowledgable on all matters of real estate and I could not have sold this condo through someone else. Joey was an amazing help from start to end. As first time home buyers we couldn't have asked for anyone better. From the beginning he was patient with us and weeded out all of our many house suggestions explaining why which one would and wouldn't work with our loan type. He stuck it out with us through the whole process as it began to drag on even when we had to switch lenders. He worked hard to get us into our home and we truly appreciate it.
