Joseph Onello and Frank Tapia are two amazing guys and even better Realtors. These our hands down the only guys we will ever work with. We contacted another recommended realtor and they flaked on our appointment last minute, although we spent quite a bit of time preparing the house. I then contacted Joseph and he was at our house that evening on a couple hours notice. He really walked us through the process of selling our current home and buying a new one and in a way that was easy for us to understand. We were nervous and unsure of the timing and results. Joseph exceed our expectations by presenting us with 3 offers on our house after just one weekend, and 2 of them were $5K more than we thought we could get for our home. Frank jumped in to help us find and buy a new home, so Joseph could concentrate on the sale of our current home. We instantly felt comfortable with Frank and he was very knowledgeable about the area where we wanted to move and showed us some really great home options. Even though we had some bumps in the road changing our mind on one property, Frank really went above and beyond to ensure we found the right home for our family.When it came down to close escrow on our current home, there was a delay with the buyer which caused a delay with closing our new home. Both Joseph and Frank worked their magic so we could still move most of our furniture before closing, so we wouldn't have to cancel the moving company and I wouldn't have to take more time off work.Buying and selling homes at the same time is very stressful, but Joseph and Frank had our back the whole way through. Joseph also provided us with moving boxes and supplies to help us move and both Joseph and Frank greeted us at the front door of our new house with Champagne and a special gift for our family.
