If I could leave 10 stars for Joe, I would! Unfortunately, Fast Expert is limiting me to 5. Joe helped me shop for a home from another city, was amazing! He took care of so many details, so I would have not to worry. He is a great communicator, and answered all of my questions all through the process, he just took care of things and took care of me! He helped me find a beautiful property. What drew me to Joe is incredible authenticity and honesty. Another reviewer here mentioned that Joe is fun, and he is! An incredible human being and very professional and excellent at what he does! I've already recommended him to my friends and community for anyone looking for a home or property in this area. I would call him a real estate agent for life, and he is the only person I would call again for help in buying or selling!

8/19/21 I found Joe the most honest person in real estate I have ever met., He was a real joy to work with and kept me informed on everything that went on in the process. I recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.

Joe was an amazing realtor. He is 5 star all the way! I would highly recommend him to anyone that it is in the market to buy or sell a home in Ocean Shores. He kept me informed all the way in the sale of our house in Ocean Shores. He was attentive to all of my concerns and very responsive. I gave him 4 stars in process expertise, but really any questions he had on process, he has an amazing network of experts so I knew I was getting the best advise and recommendations about any issues that came up during our sale process. Joe is a wonderful addition to the Ocean Shores Real Estate market. I was never sorry that I listed my house with him. He is very visible within the community and very attentive to his listings. He was visible and available to his customers, enthusiastic and passionate! The process of selling my home was an adventure and was complicated by a couple of failed sales that were handled smoothly and efficiently. I was always well informed. My home sold and it was bittersweet leaving it and my many friends. I moved out of the area and was worried about mowing my yard before the buyers moved in. This was unnecessary because Joe and his team made sure that it was mowed and everything looked wonderful. He is sincere and a lot of fun, I would work with him again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs.
