Horrible customer service and sales. STAY AWAY!!! First off he is condescending, disrespectful, unprofessional, and only cares about money. After 4 months, no offer was brought to the table, no real lookers even at the property when asked for contract to be released. At the beginning he PROMISED TOP DOLLAR, OFFERS ETC , then blames the market shifted when meanwhile the first two months market was still hot. Total dishonest , and not loyal. Also, even had the audacity to ridicule me for a medical condition of anxiety. Even went as far as saying he heard gossip about myself. This is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever experienced. Do not use this real estate company for anything ever!

Joe comes off as a great guy. In the beginning. Yes, he sold my home. That's all he is good at, he is all about the getting that cash. He made several miscommunications and blamed them on me. He called another realtor a liar and was so unprofessional. He sold my house and communicated to me by text. Didn't show up at the inspection, closing or any other events he should have been at. I haven't heard from him since the day he told me that we got an offer( by text). Unprofessional, cold and cocky but he gets the job done by luck. Wouldn't recommend him. So many other realtors that would be more deserving and appreciative of their fee.
