I've learned from this experience that a good and experienced realtor makes all the difference. Lori is not just a realtor she's a trusted friend throughout the process. She goes above and beyond for her clients like she did myself. She spent a lot of time explaining and helping me with this process while also doing the same for her other clients simultaneously. How she does it, I don't know but she does, and that's what makes her amazing! She's good at calling out flaws and issues with a house due to her experience in the real estate industry. I've seen other Realtors working with their clients as I was buying my house and you can tell for those Realtors it was just a transaction, another day in the office so to speak. There was nothing personable about the relationship between the buyer and the realtor. But with Lori it is not just about the transaction. This is who you want to have in your corner when buying a house. She will go above and beyond and then more. If I could describe her in one word it's a selfless. Five stars is not enough for someone like this if it was up to me I would give her a 100 stars. Interestingly even the lenders I worked with who have worked with Lori will tell you the same thing.
