Our home sold for a great price at a reasonable commission. Our agents supporting staff was friendly, and digital document management was an excellent convenience. But unfortunately, the few positives of working with my agent and Tampa Bay Home Team were overshadowed by many problems. The team initially listed our home incorrectly as a 3-bedroom; we sold a 2-bedroom home. The listing incorrectly categorized our home as a townhome; our home was a villa. The listing description was sloppy and rushed. For example, the writer used the word "few" instead of "view." Punctuation was added sparsely.The main photos and video turned out great, but the results from the 3D tour were disappointing. Hours after returning to the office, the photographer discovered reshoots were required, and someone from the office called to tell us he was headed back immediately. We scrambled to restage our home on such short notice. As expected, we overlooked a few things as we ran around; for example, published footage includes shots of random, dirty towels and some garbage in the kitchen.A fundamental error in the post-closing occupancy agreement nearly cost us $1,000. Luckily I read the document carefully and insisted on corrections.Time and time again, our agent failed to print our names correctly on contracts. Asking for the same kind of corrections over and over again was draining.Communication with our agent was erratic. Sometimes she responded right away, but more often than not, lots of time passed between replies - not hours, more like days if I didn't make second or third attempts at reaching her.
