Joe was highly knowledgeable about the process of selling in our area and the local market. He was incredibly hands on and personally made sure everything went smoothly from photographing our house to making sure the cleaners were let in after we had moved out. Joseph was the best thing to happen to us. I had a different realtor in line but my wife saw a video and read some reviews about Joseph online or thru some Local Social Media, and set up a Video meeting with Joseph (while he was on vacation in Israel). Moving after living 35 years in the same home, was to me an insurmountable task. There was so much to do while still trying to work my 50+ hours a week. It was one of the toughest tasks and hard to get my head around all that needed to be done. To make it worse, our timing to put the home on the market was terrible, in that we had a vacation planned that conflicted with the open house. Joseph held our hands throughout the whole process. He took full charge and assured us that we could leave the country and he would handle all. He did and the house was in review in about 2 weeks. We now are living in South Fl. and I am so grateful that my wife insisted on switching realtors. He is one of the most reassuring people I have met.
