I could not believe it! I was amazed to know that there were already prospective buyers on my house lined up to view the property before Mr. Gabriel advertised the house. I was so IMPRESSED! What was even more impressive was the fact that his negotiation skills were excellent. Mr. Gabriel was able to negotiate the asking price a bit higher on a cash offer. Over a year ago, Mr. Gabriel helped us in purchasing our second home.
