ZillowVERIFIEDI had a disappointing experience with this realtor that I believe future clients should be aware of. We interacted directly regarding a rental listing. Despite providing thorough and verifiable documentation to support my application, my information was misrepresented. My employment status and other details were incorrectly described, and rather than asking clarifying questions, the agent made assumptions that led to my application being inaccurately presented to the owner. He also confirmed a showing time but canceled while I was already en route, then became available again only after I mentioned that I was prepared to move forward quickly. This raised concerns for me about fairness and professionalism. In addition, the agent made several inappropriate personal remarks about my age and appearance and made an untrue comment about a colleague accompanying me. This behavior felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially given the expectations set at the start of the process. Throughout the experience, I was transparent, responsive, and cooperative, but the same level of professionalism was not extended in return. I hope this feedback encourages greater care, fairness, and accuracy in future client interactions.

The house had additions and the owners had lost the certificate of occupancies. Joseph went to the village hall to get those documents for me. I so appreciated that.
