If you want someone who will be professional and get your house sold quickly, Joe will not disappoint you. Joe was very knowledgeable and has a great work ethic that is admirable. He is sharp as a tack and knows the business and is a very good communicator. I enjoyed working with him. Joe understood what my goal was and he worked very hard to accomplish that. Considering the property was in NJ an I'm located in Ohio. This was and estate sale as well as a foreclosure. I signed my contract on a Friday on Sunday morning I received a call from Joe, he had an offer for full asking price. The loan closed within 30 days of signing my contract.
