Selling our home was the complex, time-consuming, roll your sleeves up, and persevere type of deal one does not wish for in real estate. If you could list all of the things that could go wrong with selling our property from list to close, they all happened . . . some more than once.Without Joe's steady hand and assertive approach, I do not believe we would have sold our home from 5 states away. He managed everything from cleanup after our renters left, inspections, staging, marketing, negotiations, and doing everything possible amidst Covid to get us to close. Joe Bird was extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout our home buying process. When we toured homes he pointed out features (and fixes) that we'd need to assess if we purchased. It was great to have someone who could tell how old a roof and smoke detectors were just by looking at them! Once we found a home we liked, he was also helpful in suggesting ways to make our offer more attractive (other than increasing price) and kept us updated. It felt like we had someone looking out for us throughout the buying process. I highly recommend Joe if you're looking to buy a home!
