Don't be fooled by Mr. Bartone's facade - he is extremely knowledgeable and effective at his job. He may seem gruff on the outside, but he honored every request I had for the sale of my house, and brought true potential buyers. The third potential buyer ended up buying my house. He is an exceptional negotiator. He worked harder than the banks and attorneys for the closing of the house, and was the linchpin in getting everything done. He masterfully dealt with a sticky divorce situation - which is truly remarkable. Even though he was not my realtor for buying a house, he continued to help me look for my new home, and turned out to be considerably more effective than the realtor I had selected for buying my new home. I wish I had chosen Joe to be my agent! Even though he had no obligation to me, he alerted me to potential homes for sale (sooner than my realtor) and provided me with much more service overall than my own realtor. Very impressive! When I was considering a purchase, he researched and forwarded information on the property. He also had many wonderful out of the box suggestions for handling various situations that arose both for the sale of my home that he was responsible for, and also in helping me with my future purchase. He was always quick to respond, sometimes within minutes and certainly within 24 hours by voice, text or email. He has an incredible work ethic, and is always forging forward. I would recommend Joe highly and select him in a heartbeat should I need a realtor. He is a true professional.

Where do I begin about Joseph Bartone? He sold me my first house when I was 28 years old, me and the misses drove him up a wall and let me tell you we really did. He picked us up so many times and took us to many homes and many different areas in Suffolk County that he should be crowned a saint for not telling us to take a hike! Lol needless to say, we finally found our home and we owe it all to Joseph and his patience!! Wait my experience with Joseph Dosent end there, my parents were looking to move to Florida about a year after Joseph sold me my home. They had put their house up for sale and began to search for their retirement home in the sunshine state, but unfortunately The two brokers that were listing my parents home were unsuccessful for almost 8 months. At that time my father expressed his concern for the fact they had found a house in Port St. Lucie, but they could not purchase it because there home in Queens wasn't selling. My parents were frantic, they didn't want to lose the house in Florida. Long story short, I asked Joseph's opinion, to which he expressed through his experience what the other brokers were doing wrong, I begged Joseph to take over and even though it was a rough deal because Queens was not his area he agreed to help and as God as my witness, he sold their home in just under 60 days and my parents got their beautiful house!
