Paul was a very professional and patient agent during the whole house buying process. It was very nice to have someone that grew up in the same area of Mass as me simply because it made me comfortable with his opinions when it came to the area of the houses we looked at. His knowledge of things to look out for good and bad was helpful, and honesty in a situation like that goes a very long way. He treated every question we had like it was important and took the time to make a phone call and explain things. Overall it was a very good experience. The timing of the house purchase was when it seemed like the world shut down due to the pandemic last year, and even with all of that I think the biggest thing that sticks out is he was able to keep us positive and reassured with all of our concerns about what would happen with the house, market...etc. With all of that the end result was us buying the house, and I couldn?t imagine going to anyone else in the future if we were to buy more property.
