He is also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). Jose is happily married to his high school sweetheart. The couple has a grown son, a 2-year-old daughter and a new baby on the way! They share their home with an English bulldog and a rescue Chihuahua mix. The family looks forward to RVing across America, exploring the country's great landmarks. In addition to time with his wife and kids, Jose enjoys watching boxing and roots hard for the Lakers.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Buyers trying to purchase a home in today's marketplace should definitely be educated on the home buying process, first time home buyer programs, and down payment assistance programs. Now more than ever, I believe buyers should know about everything available to them.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Selling your home has many moving pieces and involves some tough decision making. My advice to sellers is to interview the agents throughly, ask for references, plan of action, and ask lots of questions in order to select the right agent. After all, there are hundreds of homes that go EXPIRED without selling because the wrong agent was hired for the job.
