1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Get Qualified! It's important to get qualified so that you know what price range your bank/lender says you are approved for and what type of loan you qualify for so that you know what programs or assistance may be available to you.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

First Impressions Count! Whether it is the agent you choose or the property you are selling. Your possible buyer wants the same exceptional first impression of your home that you want of your agent.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with all price ranges, all types of loans, first time home buyers as well as seasoned buyer/sellers, English and Spanish speakers, Investors, Foreclosures, FSBO and land sales.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Recently I was working with a family that wanted to purchase a Big Beautiful Home but couldn't fine just what they wanted so they decided to look for a piece of land to build their Dream Home on. In the process we spent lots of time together and became good friends.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I like helping people and I have a background of construction so I thought it would be a good fit. I started out part-time and dedicated myself to becoming full-time.
