Jose did a great job. He arranged for pictures to be taken and had a virtual walk through of the house made. Just prior to listing, he gave a few suggestions on items that would need to be addressed so that the sale would be smooth. Because the home was held with multiple parties, Jose and his staff arranged for digital signatures to ensure that all parties could sign in a timely manner to keep the process moving forward.
