Was Active Duty in the United States Air Force for over 7 years (June 2004 - August 2011). My career was spent at different Communication and Maintenance Squadrons. My duties were administrative, IT, and mail distribution. Since getting out of active-duty service in 2011, I have been advocating for veterans and their family members with their transition from military life back to civilian life. This advocacy led me to work alongside various Veteran organizations and participate in different types of Veteran events. From August 2017 to August 2019, I was the Department Service Officer for Veterans of Foreign Wars Regional Office in Los Angeles. I helped Veterans and their family members receive their Compensation, pension, and education benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). I also represented POA (Power of Attorney) for Veterans and their family members during hearing proceedings with the VA and the VA/Board of Veterans Appeals. From August 2019 to October 2021, I was a member of the VA Benefits Administration Los Angeles Regional Office Spec Ops team. Focusing on special types of claims; homeless, financial hardship, PTSD, military sexual trauma, and terminal illness types of compensation benefits. I have been in the Real Estate industry since getting out of the Air Force in 2011. I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in June of 2019. My relentless spirit, attention to detail, and ability to suggest an effective strategy are what sets me apart from others.
