Jordan Smith of Local Utah Realtors gets it done!! He guided the purchase of our home in the Deer Crest neighborhood of Pleasant View, Utah. He is experienced, knowledgeable, kind, tactful, a great negotiator, and very hard working. He provides an experience that goes above and beyond and is responsive at all hours of the day and on all days of the week. An example of his level of care is how quickly he was able to get us a showing of the home we ultimately purchased on such short notice. We were visiting from out of state and had a limited schedule to work with. Without his ability and flexibility to accommodate our needs we likely would not have been able to purchase our home. This meant a lot to us. His negotiation skills allowed us to get a better purchase price than we believe we could have gotten otherwise. It is obvious Jordan loves what he does because only people who love what they do as much as he does are able to do it so well. To sum it up, Jordan is awesome!!

Jordan was awesome to work with!! I was a first time home buyer and single head of household, purchasing from out of state and it was one of the easiest things I've ever done surprisingly.
