Working with Matt, Randy, and Emily in the Real Home Team was a great experience. I met them at an open house that they were hosting and they were immediately helpful. Each one of them offered me a great deal of information and advice with the home buying process and what to look for in a property along with an agent. Once I decided to go with the team as my agents, they were extremely responsive to any houses that I sent to them to look at. The market was very quick and competitive, so I would often ask for appointments the same or next day of sending an address. Matt would always respond within a few minutes with an appointment for us to look at the property. After putting an offer on the house that we eventually won, Matt helped negotiate with the sellers to get a few things fixed in the house and protect us from incurring a lot of cost up front.
