What clients say about this agent....
In summary, Jordan has been the best Real Estate Professional we have delt with (we have had 5 rentals and have a couple owner sell in that timeframe) in 35 years. Specifically, he was able to communicate the local real estate market and advise us accordingly. Even with the market moving so quickly, he was able to provide the insight needed to obtain the best return possible on our sale. He provided valuable information on what documents were needed and expected as part of closing. I have never had a real estate professional be so aEURoeon callaEUR? as Jordan. He was available as necessary and aEURoewent the extra mileaEUR? by calling us frequently to make sure we were comfortable with the arrangement. I feel that we benefited greatly from Jordans expertise and, knowing we have numerous near term real estate transactions, I cant think of another real estate professional I would recommend.
Jordan handled all the stalls. Once I listed it was a very easy from start to finish. The home was listed and within 3 days I had multiple offers which Jordan walked me thru and help me select the best. Jordan and his staff handled all aspects and made the selling process a pleasure.
Top-notch experience! Jordan was not only very knowledgeable about the market, but he was enjoyable to work with. Blunt about what he thought through each scenario, and he always had our back. Very friendly, approachable, and respectful. I would refer him to anyone that wants the truth, wants to get things done and wants to have fun through what can be a difficult process.
Jordan Reed is extremely personable and professional. He initially impressed me with his great knowledge of the greater central Florida area and with his flexible availability to show homes or just to chat at my convenience. From the time you meet him, it's apparent that Jordan truly cares about his clients' happiness and making sure that all parties get a fair/affordable deal and walk away satisfied. He has given me solid real estate advice on countless occasions, free of charge. Doesn't matter if you are buying or selling, I'd highly recommend working with Jordan Reed and the Jordan Reed Team. You will not be sorry!
Hands down Jordan and the MAXLIFE reality pulled through huge. During these crazy times he was able to get me what I wanted for my house and was able to do it in less then a month and a half from start to finish. Jordan made sure I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. When I had a question I could call or message and within minutes I had a response. I highly recommend jordan and his team.
Jordan is a very nice gentleman and I believe for the most part, he has good intentions for all involved in the real estate transaction. We met Jordan when inquiring about a house that was listed as For Sale By Owner on Zillow. When we called the number listed, we were surprised that a realtor was handling the sale, but later found out this was his own home and it was already sold. He had another home his neighbor was selling and asked if we would like to see this property, which is how we ended up dealing with Jordan. We were under the impression he was representing the seller not us the buyers. We set up a time to meet at the property and loved the place but was very concerned the property was way over market price. When asking Jordan about this while standing in the front driveway, he assured us aEURoeoh, this will definitely appraise for the asking priceaEUR? so we went forward with the putting in an offer and starting the whole buying ordeal. We started noticing a real pattern with Jordan each time we text or emailed him, the responses were very slow and, in some cases, up to two days to get a response. The most troubling time was during the offer/counteroffer time, which there really seemed to be a disconnect with him. Even if the sellers were delayed in getting back to him (which we do not know if this was the case) he should be in communication with us to ease the anxiety of whats going on. A phone call would have worked just fine but that didnt happen either. This should have been the first sign of a real problem ahead. We did eventually come to an agreement on the house and the process of inspections and final approval for financing began. Jordan told us to go ahead and get the home inspection, termite inspection, condo docs, etc. I was totally against doing this until we had the appraisal finished and approved for the amount the sellers were asking, but Jordan again insisted that he was sure the property would appraise for the amount needed. We met the inspector at the property and everything for the most part was fine; except for, the washer and dryer had vanished. When asking about this, Jordan said aEURoeyea, the owners took them not realizing they were part of the dealaEUR?. When asking how this will now be handled, Jordan stated aEURoethey said they will buy you second hand sub-par machines, I would just let it slideaEUR?. I was beside myself wondering how this can be legal. Not knowing any better at the moment, I told him we will look into it and get back to him as soon as I can. It was discovered legally they must reinstall the units the sellers removed or supply equivalent or better machines to replace them. When telling Jordan of our findings, he stated aEURoeI know that but its not worth the battleaEUR?. Not worth the battle? This was my money, not his, but since he was working for the buyer (or so I thought) I figured he was just doing his job. I pressed harder because this was not acceptable to us, as we had an agreement. Jordan said, aEURoeI will get you a free survey, this will save you $250-$300aEUR?. We accepted this and moved on. It was a week later we learned from our attorney that condos do need a survey for financing, and this was confirmed with my bank and settlement company. When I went back to Jordan about this, he said aEURoeI was only trying to settle the dispute between you and the selleraEUR?. So, he was aware of the condo not needing a survey and lied to me just to keep the peaceaEUR| very unethical no matter what profession you are in. Now comes the worse part of our experience and believe me, there was numerous times we thought it could not possibly get much worse. After spending the time and money on the home inspection, termite inspection, condo doc fees, etc. we are alerted by our bank the house did not appraise for being financed and we cannot move forward as it is now. We tried for a day to get in contact with Jordan with no success, by the second day I was texting, emailing and calling him and his support team (the support team is great, but they are there as a filter for Jordan and you will discover why I say this if you hire him) to finally get a response from him that afternoon. There was a lot of back and forth that afternoon, but he told me to give him another day, as he is working on something. That was when he told me again that the other aEURoeendaEUR? unit sold for $190,000 with no repairs and we later discovered this was untrue, in fact it sold for $183,000. But he was hanging his hat on this statement, thinking something was wrong with the appraisal. We discovered what he was doing with this time aEURoehe neededaEUR?. He was talking to the appraiser directly to argue his findings were wrong. As many may know, this is extremely unethical and, in some states, will get you disbarred. Jordan was trying to work the numbers in place of negotiating with the sellers and us. He also verbally told my bank that he represented both parties and therefore he was privileged to the appraisers information and number. This started
Jordan represented us as a buyers agent and worked with us tirelessly until we found a home that suited our needs and wants. We have asked him to list our previous home and we feel confident that it is priced well and will sell quickly. Thank Jordan for all your hard work representing us as buyers and now sellers!!
Jordan was a pleasure to work with. He is the kind of person that will continue to be helpful to you even after your closing. I consider him to be a friend as well as a great realtor. Thanks for everythingDebby
