My Business is a top producing firm, focusing on quality over quantity. Our stats for 2019 was 124 homes at $45m in closed volume. Over the next 12 months we will sell over 165 properties with nearly $65m in volume. We have a 3 tier approach that was highly successful for our sellers in 2020. 1. Active and Aggressive Prospecting: Our team and I prospect daily to contact hundreds of buyers and sellers in the market looking to make connections. We call neighborhoods, realtors, title lists, just listed and just solds, and many others. Our goal is to connect sellers with buyers, and so far this year, we have written offers on 1/3 of our properties. Also as a top brokerage and team, we have realtor connections across the country that we refer business back and forth. In 2019 approximately: 25% of our buyers were cash 45% of our buyers were out of state 15% of our buyers were out of country 2. Online Optimization: Today, over 95% of home buyers start their search online. My history is in website development and online optimization. We have over 5 virtual assistants that push our properties to the top rankings online, thus being viewed 5-10x more than most properties. It is highly effective. The Matin Real Estate Group are members of 2 international MLS that market in 20 languages and over 100 countries.
