1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First and foremost, speak with a lender and get pre-approved so that you know what you qualify for when looking for a home!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Get multiple opinions of why or why not it’s a good time for you to sell. Ask what the pro’s and con’s are of selling in the current market.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with buyers, sellers, first-time home buyers, investors looking to purchase multiple properties, etc.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My last couple transactions were working with first-time home buyers and we were able to find them homes that they fell in love with while getting them the best deal possible!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My real estate agent, who helped me find my home told me that he believed I’d be really good at real estate. I took real estate classes at the local community college and fell in love with the thought of being an agent. I competed the necessary steps to become an agent and never looked back!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have spent my entire adult life working with the general public (mostly in law enforcement), so I deal well with others. I am comfortable around those from ALL walks of life and enjoy getting to know others and their stories and the background of why they want to buy or sell real estate (if they decide they’d like to discuss that)!
