I was born and raised eight miles from Philadelphia in Southern New Jersey by third- generation Philadelphians. Having grown up there one chooses their dream to move to California for which I spent a number of years and finally settling in S.W. Florida the past 28 years After 31 years in the retail industry, buying and selling rental properties along the way in California and in Florida I decided it was time for a change. I retired from the retail industry and slid into a career of Realtor. This allows me to conduct professional representation of real estate transactions where I focus on everything from residential real estate to bricks and mortar business opportunities. I enjoy helping individuals with purchasing a home, managing high end rentals to discovering the viability of a business is a natural fit for my talents. Thirty plus years working with the public as a business owner has given me priceless experiences.
