We scheduled an interview with Jonathan. My wife and I had already discussed a listing price, and after speaking with Jonathan he came back with a higher listing price than we had envisioned. Jonathan was able to create a book with pictures of our home and facts. It took no time after we went live, we were receiving offers on the home and accepted an offer and sold our home very quickly.
