The original mortgage broker I was working with failed to come through at the last minute, with less than three weeks before my closing of contract with the sellers expired. In this short amount of time, Jonathan stepped in and was able to not only deliver a new commitment letter from a different bank before my contract expired, but also secured the same rate I had with my previous broker (before they raised the rates) AND with 10-year ARM instead of a 7 year. Jonathan truly saved the day, and I was genuinely impressed throughout our interactions with his professionalism, ability to work under pressure, and - most importantly - that he delivered on his promises. He worked nights and weekends to ensure I received the rate I was looking for and within the tight timeframe in which we were working. I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to buy or refinance their homes. He went above and beyond and did everything in his power to ensure I secured the right loan for my purchase.
