Came with the best presentation and sold us on how he was going to market and list the home. Overall he worked like a team member and kept us up to date every step of the way. He had to constantly fight with the buyers agent Chris Stanford with Reality one Group empire as she had 60 days to close on the property but failed to follow the contract dates. She was late on home inspection, appraisal and closing, costing us thousands of dollars and not even an apology. I will be filling a complaint against her and her office and will not recommend them to anyone. Jonathan was always professional but firm on the buyers agent but still got no assistance from them. I thank him for his dedicated work

What a pleasure to have worked on our 1st home purchase with Jonathan. Smoothest proccess that i have ever done literally. From day 1 very clear with everything, Communication like no other. This was my first encounter with a real estate agent and I couldnt be more pleased. He was professional, knowledgeable, and I really felt that he was my advocate. I was very fearful and nervous about selling my house because I am disabled and my house was mot in ideal condition. He kept me informed and was very prompt with answering my questions and concerns. There was no question I felt I could not ask. He negotiated the best possible sale and was earnest and very informative throughout the entire process. He also found me the perfect house to move into, which was not easy due to my disability. He really understands real estate and he really understood my needs and he gave me the best possible of both.
