I have been an active member of my community for 16 years now and am so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for service in the Cherokee County area, I'm ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. When I'm not making home ownership dreams come true for my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and coaching my year around spring board diving club, Metro Atlanta Divers. I live in Harmony on the Lakes subdivision in Canton GA with my beautiful wife Colleen of 21 years, daughter Elliot and son Lucas.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I would recommend speaking to one of my preferred lenders so you can get an idea of what you can afford. I can help you research the market in the desired area you want to live in, define your needs, inspect your property, and so much more. I'm a outstanding negotiator and can get you the best deal available on your new home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Pricing your home correctly and competitively is one of the most important parts of selling your home. I can help you do that. First impressions matter so improving your curb appeal is also very important in receiving multiple offers on your home. Declutter, making necessary repairs and staging your home is important. Contact me so I can go into more detail with you about listing your beautiful home.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I mostly work with buyers looking to purchase a home but also enjoy working with sellers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My last buyer and I had a wonderful time going through the process of going under contract on his condo in Marietta. From the very start of negotiations all the way to closing, we had a wonderful and relaxing time.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My dad was an agent down in Destin FL and I remember him saying that he thought I had the perfect personality for being an agent. I enjoy helping people and like showing potential buyers their next home. Before being in real estate, I filmed weddings for 20 years and wanted to do something different so I got my license back in 2020 and have been enjoying it ever since.
