Gm, my reviewThis is my first time selling a property . I asked a neighbor who recently purchased a house who they used as a realtor and if they were happy with them. He said yes so I asked for their number. Called the realtor and she was very nice. We arranged a visit. Things went smooth. I was ready to sign with them as I just wanted it done. I reached out to another friend who's a realtor in FL to get their opinion on the contract and she advised me to absolutely not sign and get two other realtors . I grudgingly contacted two additional realtors. Both seemed very nice and capable. Well long story short once I met them my initial thoughts of how good they were fell apart . The differences between the three was astounding. One realtor standed out by far. That realtor was Nicholas Speirs. He had answers for everything. Was incredibly prepared, knowledgeable and just had that right personality . Then u meet his team and there was no doubt who to sign with. No question went unanswered. This was alittle involved transaction and Mr Speirs had the right people to get it done and get it done painlessly. I can't thank him and his team enough. Even the closing team was great. Not a fan of lawyers but Asaf German was the man . Eveyone made the experience actually pleasant. I highly recommend them. Also csnt forget Stacy Mason. She was on the front line getting all ducks in a row... Again great job by eveeyone. Thank you!!Robert Lyman
