If you are looking to buy or sell I would highly recommend Jonathan Lewis! He helped us buy a new home and sell our previous home. He was very knowledgable of the area and gave great advice on things to look for and anything that might affect the resale value. He was also aware of the fair market price and was amazing during negotiations. He was always reachable and would respond quickly to all of our questions! He showed us tons of homes and would work around our schedule and we never felt pressured or rushed with him. Overall our experience was great!

My facts about Jonathan Lewis is as follows:My wife and I was buying a home in North Carolina, however we currently live in another state up north. Jonathan's catch phrase was " the way we do things down here". Jonathan represented us as a buyers agent so he was very reachable before my wife signed the contract for him to represent her, once she signed he was unreachable most times. He was very unprofessional and when we would make a suggestion to approach the seller's agent for us about them making updates to their home, he wouldn't even pass the message to them. Jonathan said to us that he would pay for the inspection if the amount exceeded $400.00 stating that no complete inspection would cost over that amount. Long story short we ended up paying $740.00 for an inspection and NO he did not pay the over cost. He doesn't know his industry or product. Nor does he effectively try to negotiate in your favor, its all about saying from him well you know "the house will appraise for that".. No Jonathan you don't know that because the seller has not had an appraisal nor an inspection; so how on earth can you tell me that the house will appraise for that, unless you are a person that does appraisals. One last point about Jonathan Lewis is every time my wife wanted to negotiate something with the seller's agent he never had a sign contract with them, he would always do it verbally; but when he wanted my wife to do something he would always ask her to sign something first. Proceed with extreme caution with this guy. The only reason I gave him 1 star is because they don't have a negative point system here.

Always felt Jonathan was for my best interest as a buyer. Never felt rushed or pushed, he was very patient and polite with us. He was very timely on his response to our questions and desires.
