Jonathan was great to work with. He recommeneded a great mortgage company and a title company. We called him to view a house and he let us in within a couple hours. We had a contract signed within 2 days. His responses were quick and we felt well supported throughout the whole process. He is professional yet friendly and fun to do business with. This was my first home buying experience and Jonathan made it great by giving me all the details upfront about how to get the loan started and closing finished in time. We consider him a new friend and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home!

Even in the current real estate market where most houses go for more than appraisal value, Jonathan was able to help me get mine for less than appraisal value plus get the sellers to pay closing costs! Wow where do I even begin to write this review...So I landed myself in a position where I had to end up selling my childhood home, the only home that I have the best memories of my life in. I was down at a low point because of this being the only thing left of my father and grandparents that I still had. I had posted the home for sale on Facebook and at this point was finding it very difficult to trust anyone because of another situation I had been dealing with at the time pertaining to the home. Won't go into all of those details. Then all of a sudden here comes this realtor by the name of Jonathan Lazaro messaging me about the home I was selling. I didn't know Jonathan at all and the very 1st time that we talked I ended up breaking down into tears and before I knew it we had been on the phone for an hour. In that hour on the phone with him I could tell that he was someone that I could not only trust with the sell of my home but also he was someone that actually cared and wanted to help me regardless of me hiring him or not. I can not say that about many people but he is someone that I very quickly became bonded with not only as my realtor (I did end up hiring him) but as a life long friend. I knew in my heart that Jonathan had only my best interest at heart and that he would make sure I walked away from this sale as happy as I could considering the circumstances. I would give him many many more stars if it allowed them but 5 is all that it allows me to put. If you are considering the sell of your home or even the purchase of a home look no farther than this guy right here!! I normally do not do reviews on anything but this is one review I knew I had to do. He deserves it and so much more. Thank you Jonathan for everything and I mean it you went above and beyond for me and my kids with this one and you will forever be my real estate agent from here on out. Thank you for showing me all of your kindness and the amount of care and putting up with all of my childhood stories and most of all thank you for being my friend. I hope this is just the start of our friendship and that we will have many more memories to come in the years that follow. I truly appreciate you more than you will ever really know. This was my wife's and I's first time buying a house and we couldn't of met a better agent. Jonathan was patient with us as we toured 9 houses before even considering an offer on one. He quickly understood what we wanted in a house (probably faster than we knew what we wanted) and found us the house that we made our first offer on which was accepted. Jonathan was a rockstar in getting our offer accepted since there were multiple offers on the house with some of them being more than our offer. We love the house and if we didn't have Jonathan, we would probably still be searching. Even after, the offer was accepted, Jonathan walked us through the closing process and set everything up for us making the whole process easy and simple. I will recommend him to my friends and family.
