We chose him because he had the detailed knowledge of the New Brunswick market and gave us invaluable advice regarding price and regulations. Local knowledge is absolutely critical for no surprises. We asked for honesty and he was very gentle about unpleasant news, but always told us what we needed to know. He is an excellent, thorough communicator. We moved out of state before the house was sold and he stopped by regularly to check on the property. He did many extras for us to help the property sell smoothly. On a 1-10 scale, he is definitely an 11. I have no hesitation in recommending him without reservations.

In this very competitive market, having Jon as our realtor was extremely advantageous. When touring homes, Jon always gave very helpful tidbits of information and was able to answer any questions that we had. He was always very responsive to our messages and would quickly set up home tours that we requested. He supported us every single step of the way and was never too busy to help us when we had questions or concerns (which we had many given we were first time buyers). When it came time for offers, Jon gave us great advice to help make our offer as competitive as possible (besides the sales price, for example through contingencies, etc) and also made us feel comfortable (did not push us to offer any amount). Since Jon has been a realtor for a very long time in the area, we were able to use some of his suggested contacts for inspections etc, all of which we were satisfied with.
