I cannot say enough good things about Karla. She helped us every step of the way in advertising, "closing up" and selling my father-in-law's apartment. She went above and beyond in everything. The photos she had taken of the apartment for the ad were stunning. She gave us referrals for the attorney, a cleaning crew and the company to dispose of the furniture. When they came to pack up what we had left, she stayed and supervised, opening every box before they took it -- and found some very precious photographs and other items that we had missed in packing up. She saved us money and endless hassle. And she was so responsive -- I heard from her as soon as there was any news and always heard back from her immediately when I had a question. My father-in-law accepted an offer in less than 2 weeks -- at his asking price, which was of course set just right with her guidance. She was SO caring and kind to my 96 year-old father-in-law, listening to him tell about his years in the apartment with his wife of 70 years who had recently passed and telling her how they had bought the furniture and other things that were precious to him. She explained the process to him so well, speaking directly to him rather than to us, even though he had some difficulty understanding. We are very grateful. I would highly recommend Karla.
