ZillowVERIFIEDWe found Jon and Reali through a neighbors listing. We thought that the house was very well represented and were enticed by the low(er) than average fees. We ended up interviewing 3 realtors and ultimately went with Jon and Reali because he was low key, we liked their photography (3D walk throughs etc.) Ultimately it was a tough time to sell, the listing went live as the country was being shut down for Covid-19. Nonetheless, Jon and Reali stuck with it and we ended up finding the perfect buyer for our beautiful home. Post sale paperwork was completely (except for 15 minutes of docs with a notary) virtual and couldn't have been easier. Smooth sailing and we closed on time.I'd recommend Jon if you want a laid back, easy going, knowledgeable local realtor. He has the wisdom to listen to our feedback and the experience to drive you in the right direction with your listing. I'd recommend Reali if you want a hassle free, organized experience at a low(er) than average cost. Overall Win/Win.

We just listed our home before the stay at home order and were getting a lot of activity, then it slowed down tremendously when everything started shutting down in the state. Through it all Jon did a great job following up with realtors that showed the place and keeping me informed of their feedback and assuring me that our home would sell. As soon as things started opening back up, my home sold within a week and we closed within a couple of weeks. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Jon and the Reali team!
