I chose Jon to help me sell a relatives house in ABQ after interviewing 3 realtors. I chose him for two reasons. First, out of all the realtors he listened to my story and worked within my needs. The other two realtors gave me a laundry list of things to fix in the house. After discovering that I lived in another state and had limited time and resources to hire contractors, Jon was the only realtor who agreed that selling the house "as is" made most sense for me and came up with a reasonable listing price based on that. Second, since I was selling for a relative, he proactively looked up the title and discovered that it wasn't in the name of my relative but in the name of a living trust (possible but more complicated to sell). He found the right title company to handle my special situation. Jon had other excellent contacts (estate sale agent, cleaners) to recommend when I needed someone local. He was responsive when I contacted him and always professional, amiable and helpful. Everything was accomplished in the timeframe he promised - no delays or excuses along the way. I sold in a strong sellers market, so I can't comment on his ability to market or negotiate a sale (we went from listing to contract in about 10 hours!). Overall I had a very positive experience selling a home with Jon and would recommend him.
